"Negative experience in business transaction with NWPCMall. Payment for purchase was made immediately (Dell Laptop Computer, around $350 ) the item was never received.
Costumer service wasn’t able to provide shipping tracking information. At first CS Representative had informed me that they cannot get through on my fax line in order to send the shipping list, then I was tolled that there is no tracking information available at all.
NWPCMall wasn’t able to provide proof of shipment to the banks fraud department representative as well. USPS has no record of any shipments made by NWPCMall to my address either. Never less my account was charged by NWPCMall, but goods were never shipped.
