I initiated an install at their warehouse but had to leave right away for a prior engagement. I needed my computer quickly, so the technician Kevin was willing to meet me at their warehouse to give me my computer once I was available...at midnight. I have never seen a company so willing to accommodate a customer's special request, even a small purchaser as myself."

"Great company to do business with. All orders I have ever placed have been shipped the same day I ordered them. Seems like a smaller business, most people there seems very knowledgeable about the products they sell. Prices are good. I've only had to return one item and it was pretty eventless.

There cables prices are amazing. You go to Best Buy for an HDMI cable and pay like $50. Northwest Computer Accessories have them for like $15. They also have a good selection of other stuff except for computer hardware."

"I had a bad experience with nwca.com. I ordered a dvd player for half price ($40). I knew it was too good to be true. When I received it I couldn't get it to work right. I called numerous times to try to get an rma # and they kept forwarding me to ken's voicemail. I finally got through and he gave me an rma # and said to send it back. I sent it back then I tried calling again and couldn't get a hold of him. Finally I gave up! It wasn't worth the effort for $40. Read the rma policy carefully before you buy."
