"I received an email on 2/11/2021 in regards to you not having black in stock, to which i replied and said red was fine.
Since then I have not received any further emails or shipping numbers until I sent a follow-up email on 27/11/2021 the reply I got was the exact same email word for word that I got on the 2/11/2021.
This is an absolute joke to have to wait this long for the items to not even be sent."

Car people tend to care about looks as well as function. 14 day return policy is quickly ticking away since they must authorize it via e-mail and both e-mails I have sent over the last week have gone unanswered. "NST is the worst, I purchased a rb25 custom pulley set and two of the pulleys don’t line up. I was patient and emailed them back and was told to return the 2 and send the factory ones in. So I did and it was absolutely ridiculous how long it was taking. They told me check back in a month. I did and it turned into 2,3,4,5,6 months and more till I have decided to just get may factory pulleys back and start a return process. This was in 24 Jan 2018 its 2019 now and they are still evaluating the situation…. Spent money still no return and crappy communication. Like they forgot or want nothing to do with it. I have been very reasonable. More reasonable than most. I have bought from them before for my Toyota and had no problems but now it’s just stupid. I was a returning customer and it ended very badly.
