"I will never do business with this company again!

We were replacing an automotive computer for a transmission shift concern. We received and installed a computer from this company. We had 3 different companies come to program the keys. All 3 companies said the same thing, that the computer would not communicate. The company's response is that we damaged the computer and they would give no refund. The original computer was installed into the vehicle to allow the customer to drive the vehicle while we source another computer.

I should have checked reviews before buying from this company, as they seem to have a pattern of this same complaint."
