"I bought a refurbished "Mitsubishi SuperBright Diamondtron Diamond Pro 2070sb" before Christmas last year. Then they had a $20 coupon and free FedEx ground shipping. I heard about NM on a camera forum so my hesitation was not intense. This monitor is stunning with a 20 inch viewable screen. All for $340.
I had a couple of questions and they were answered professionaly. Deliverey was without a problem. Tracked out the next day. Product was well packed and in perfect condition. It looked brand new, the glass perfectly clean. I did need to download the manual and software off the net but that was no problem.
After two months the monitor performs flawlessly. It is a favorite at the photography forum. To bad they are all gone. But the reason I stopped by today is that I am planning on ordering a DiamondPro 930 SB to place beside the 2070. I was disappointed to hear viny77 had a problem but it seems NM took care of it.
There is no way an LCD can compete with this wonderful display. The Mitsubishi Diamond Pro's are the best, and NM-Select gave me no problems. "
"I was very hesitant to buy from this store because there were barely any reviews on it. After finding out that it was owned by NEC-Mitsubishi Electronics I decided to jump on the deal.
When the monitor got here after 4 days from placing the order I was very pleased at how fast they got it here. Upon unpacking the monitor I was very happy to see all the parts looked brand new, as well as the monitor case (This monitor was actually refurbished)
But now onto the bad news. It looked like somebody had smeared make-up all over the screen. So I took a wet cloth and lightly cleaned it off. This was really a minor problem but I thought I should mention it.
For the price I payed I got way more than I had hoped for, I have never seen a monitor, or a tv that looked this good in my lifetime."
"I was a little hesitant to purchase from a company not listed on rr, but being that nm-select is a factory direct outlet (NM = NEC-Mitsubishi), I thought I could trust it. I was right, and sufficiently impressed to add them to this site.
I ordered two refurbished DiamondPro 930SB monitors and selected ground shipping. The monitors were delivered the next day, and they are of excellent quality. They are only distinguishable from new in that their signal cords are slightly stained and they only cost $200 apiece. I couldn't be happier, and highly recommend that budget purchasers consider refurb (or new but discontinued) monitors from nm-select.com.
Oh -- and two of these monitors look so nice next to each other on my desk!"
