There are not many case/bag options for the G3X yet. I am sure there will eventually, but no need to wait, this case is really nice! I took a risk, given there was no feedback (I think my post will be the first!), and I am glad I did. Fits perfectly, with or without the lens hood (I also have an ARCA plate on the bottom of my camera - no problem). Quality of build is top notch. As detailed in the description, this is an ultra light case, and barely adds any size/volume to the camera, whatsoever. The neoprene is thin, but dense. It will not protect the camera from falls, but perfect if you plan on throwing it in your pack with a bunch of other stuff and don't want it to get scratched and dinged.

The product ships from Singapore, and as such the delivery time was quoted as anywhere from 28 to 47 days. It would have been worth the wait, but I ended up getting it in only 8 business days! That is awesome! "
