"A fantastic place to import goods if you live in USA or Europe. NCSX will ship worldwide including Europe when Play Asia flat out refuses to. I like that they're located in NYC so it doesn't take too long to receive the items. My only gripe about NCSX, is they are a lot more expensive compared to play asia. For example, the 3DS costs under $230 at PA, but at NCSX it's $350-$400, even after the price drop. So I would only recommend shopping at NCSX if you don't mind paying a higher price.
NCSX's customer service is very good and easy to reach. Unlike Play Asia, where they ignore you completely unless you complain on their facebook, then they'll reply back (which is ridiculous). NCSX ships very fast and pack their items well. It only takes either 2-5 days depending on your carrier (UPS or USPS). Easy to return since I won't need to wait over 2 weeks or months for package to be sent overseas, get checked by customs, then wait and wait... and wait for returns. I can just send it to UPS/USPS insured and get my refund within a week or so through NCSX. Highly recommended and 100x better than Play Asia. Love NCSX."

"NCS is great. Here's my introduction to NCSX. Back in the late 90s, when importing video games was on the rise, many North American-based import web stores existed. Just about all of them (Tronix, The Rage, and the dreaded Buy Rite and Game Cave) have either gone belly up or now only sell domestic releases. NCS is still doing what they're doing--nuff said, but let's get on with the review at hand.
NCS will allow you to return a console to them if it is not functioning properly like what happened to my Japanese Dreamcast. I was able to cancel orders easily with them.
My last order was for a screen protector for the PSP and it was sent on Friday to me through regular old first class mail through USPS. It's Monday and I already have it. (Granted NY - VA.) My only complaint? I just wish they would only stock Japanese products and get rid of the Asian version stuff they have."

"This is not the cheapest store when it comes to imports but if you don't want to wait for something to be shipped from honk-kong or Japan, this is the way to go.
They have guaranteed same day shipping (as long as you order before 5 PM EST) and their prices are decent.
Unlike most online stores, they do not email you tracking numbers after they ship. You're supposed to login to your account to retrieve them.
I wasn't aware of that and I called them to ask why I hadn't been emailed and they picked up the phone IMMEDIATELY. I was then informed of my mistake by a stern-sounding lady who proceeded to retrieve the shipping number for me. (Stern lady, please forgive me. I didn't know T_T )
All in all, a satisfying experience with a reliable store I would definitely do business with again.
