"I had a great shopping experience with NB Web Express. I received an order confirmation immediately and the product shipped the next day. The price was good and they had a hard-to-find product in stock. I can only wear 11-2E shoes and they just are not in stock at most of the retail stores. I found this store during surfing for the shoes and based on the previous reseller ratings, decided to try it out.
One of the other things the company did was to follow up the order shipment with a pleasant email asking if I had received the order and if I was satisfied. You just do not see that much any more, especially from online retailers. Kudos to NB Web Express and please keep up the good work. You will definitely have my future New Balance business.

I like great retailers, both brick/mortar and online...examples are Costco, NewEgg, Nordstrom, etc. The best online retailer in my experience is NBWebexpress.com bar none. The return policy with free shipping both ways is amazing and the customer service is the best of any retailer, bar none.
