They are unresponsive to any communication other than confirming payment. Its been over a month since we purchased this item and we still have not heard back from the seller."

"Should have known when the system was shipped late and there was no communication that NASHQ.com was trouble. 14 months after sale (2 months out of warranty), I'm having problems. Only ever get voice mail on the phone. Voice mail greeting says to send email. Emails are either deleted unread, read but not responded to, or responses are useless (ex: try Google). It's clear that he doesn't even read my emails thoroughly because he'll suggest that I try something which I've clearly stated that I've already tried."
