Never Buy From MyVaporStore

"I bought an Innokin Zlide that wasn't producing flavor. I bought Time Bomb and Zen Haus juice from Vapor Authority. I steeped the juices, producing pungent smells, and the juices are known brands that are bought regularly by people, but they still didn't have taste. The best I could get out of MyVaporStore was an "inspection of the device" and exchange. I used a 1.2 and a 0.5 ohm coil and neither worked. I later saw horrible reviews, including on the MyVaporStore website. Why would I want to rely on an "inspection" of a device that **** no matter what with the potential ability to get another one to replace it? They took three days to respond with their insulting response and once I responded with the request for a return/refund, they stopped talking entirely."

Never Received My Order

"I ordered a new kit and they sent me an email that the products had shipped via USPS First Class Mail . The tracking number they provided indicated that my purchase was delivered to my front door but it was not. Neither was the package in my mailbox. I filed a complaint with USPS to attempt to locate my package and they insist that it was delivered to my door but I have cameras at my home and the mailman never came to my door that day. According to their website, I was charged an additional $7 for an adult signature verification service, in which case the Post Office would have been required to get a signature from whomever they delivered the package to. I reached out to them via email because there is no phone number anywhere on their site to contact them and have received NO response.

The package was not shipped with an adult signature verification label as indicated and I have still not received what I ordered and paid for. I have ordered from them before and the reason I chose to order my new kit from them is because I have never had a problem and their shipping has always been fast and easy but this is beyond frustrating.

Horrible customer service!

"My package got sent to a facility that i ended up leaving early. I spent over $75 and I have ordered from them before, and I remember back in 2018 they screwed me over with a battery that didn't work and refused to refund me or provide me with a new one. This time I ordered 5 of the disposable vapes and the facility I was at accidently sent the package back to sender aka return to sender because my name wasn't in their system anymore. I am upset at the facility for doing that because they could have got that to me very easily, but I am more mad at myvaporstore because I know that the package got back to them, and I have sent them 3 emails, and one facebook message and also commented on their facebook and they have not even replied to me at all. They have stole my money and I did not receive my shipment. The store should email me back, but it has been more than a month now so I am not expecting them to at this point. Do not order from them."

Terrible customer service

"I received a broken device and I was unable to receive any answers to the questions I asked, and then was told that there are no refunds or exchanges and that i had to go through a third party company to get store credit and that the shipping cost to send the broken product that they sent me back to them would be taken out of the store credit so I lost money because they sent me a faulty product and they did not seem to care what so ever."

Prejudice in 2018/2019 MyVaporStore

"I order the whirl 22 and upon opening the spare glass it fell and cracked a few days later I dropped my whirl and glass on scattered , I have a whirl but no tank !!! I e-mailed them to c if they could help me out with this the never did respond then a few days later I was call by someone from Mvs asking questions about the whirl then ask my nationality I responded. Then he said to me that am not important enough to try and look in this because u r not spending a lot of money with us. The company is very high and can do without little spender.. I can’t believe the way they treated me because i’m Black shame Shame"

Terrible Customer Service

"I ordered 25 coils from them. They sent all these torn apart random coils with no packaging except for the foil piece. I contacted them with my concern that I ordered them in increments of 5 for a reason, so that they would be in a 5-pack box with authentication code. They were sent in a baggy with no authentication code or packaging to indicate they were even the brand that I ordered. I was told that the authentication codes didn't mean anything anyway and that they would not replace my order with properly packaged coils. I had been a customer for approximately 4 or 5 years. There are too many online shopping options to deal with customer service this poor. Three customers lost here. I have two other people in my household that use to order from them as well. Beware!"

"I wrote a review to help people and they didn't post it.
BEWARE** Caution advised*** As we know in this industry there are a LOT of counterfeits and rewraps making false claims. Watch out for this Chinese company Lithicore Tech LLC, In my opinion HIGHLY suspicious business practices...Office manager using multiple aliases: Chloe Battista, aka Chloe Chen, aka Jade Chen (why would they do this?). They claimed they did not know to collect sales tax in the State of Texas or to request documents from wholesalers/retailers so the proper taxes would be collected. Nor do they display a Tax ID number in their place of business as the State requires.. They are bouncing check, are stealing sensitive trade/import/sales lead information ie shipping records, from another company. There must be a mole or unhappy employee somewhere. They claim they have their OWN Manufacturing plant but provide no documentation or evidence, they are listed online as working out of an apartment (simply google this address) 5151 RICHMOND AVE APT 215 HOUSTON TEXAS 77056-6739

"Read the fine print on their site. If they ship your order to wrong address, they will only provide a refund IF THEY GET THE PACKAGE BACK. WTF? I filed a small claims complaint and got my money back. This site is a joke, buy from a site that actually has a customer service number."

My Go-to for Vape Gear

"I am really surprised to see the review left by the previous person. I have used Myvaporstore for years, and is the main place I buy my more expensive gear because of their stellar customer service. I did get a defective Cuboid on a previous order, and they took care of it quickly. In fact, it is their customer service that has kept me a return customer all this time. RIP-OFF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

"I bought a 80.00 Kangertech Topbox Starter kit and the unit was defective and after several e-mails I could not get an exchange. The unit was defective right out of the box. This company has no phone number and terrible customer service. Do not buy from them"
