I placed an order for one rolling tray to get an idea of the quality to expect with a large order. There is nothing like receiving a product exactly like what is presented on the website! I ordered the small rolling tray (forgot the specific size).
It's a thick, durable feeling plastic. The edges of the tray have a roundness that work great at keeping the product in it and a spout at each corder that make moving herbs into a smaller container very easy.
The print quality is extremely clear and the colors are a perfect match. The print looks like it's directly on the tray and not a decal so, from what it seems, it won't be peeling off.
If you plan on ordering a tray keep a few things in mind:
When ordering ONE custom made tray, the price may seem a bit high but a custom made item doesn't come cheap. The level of quality, i feel, is accurately represented in the price.
Check the dimensions of your image and determine weather or not the image will be directly inside the walls of the tray or spreading out onto them. We received ours and the image was up on the walls. In some situations that would work great so just consider how you want the image to sit on the tray.
Make sure ALL the colors you send are how you want them. Something with the file I sent had a dark background and I didn't realize it. I was expecting a white one but that, of course, is on me.
The customer service continues to be what stands out the most. Alex was fast to respond and answered any questions I had.
