"This company uses a web site of "waterbedoutlet.com". Probably why no one has rated this vendor by this name.

They sell a large variety of waterbed items like sheets and matress pads. They seem to have a large enough inventory (at least they offer many items). I am begining to doubt that they really have all that merchandise available to sell because of the long delays for shipping.

I placed my order on the 16th of December with the hope that I would get the item by Christmas. What a joke! After two weeks went by with no delivery, I contacted the vendor thru their "live help" chat line to ask about my order. A very rude representative informed me that "the web site clearly states a two week delay in filling the order for that item".

I went back to the web site and searched carefully for any such disclaimer. I could not find one at all. No indication to make me expect any kind of delay.

Maybe I have just become spoiled by on line vendors that actually try to give good service, but this company has a long way to go to provide even acceptable service.

When you receive an order for a product - how hard is it to put it in a box and ship it???

I hope this heads-up will give some of you a chance to find a better vendor. One who actually gives a d#^%@ about customer satisfaction."
