"Jan 15 (Wed) aftr rvwg website (great prices!), placed phone order for Toshiba HDTV 57HDX82 ($1999) and Settop box by Zenith HDV420 ($359). Excellent ground ship price for both - $219. Delivery set for seven days - delivery announced arrival 21 Jan (Tues); but subcontractor glitches...sign, but no open! Called MyPrEle, adv them of shipper comment, upon callback to me by MyPrEle, they adv issue of open resolved. Called shipper, problem remained (MyPrElec orig adv me to not sign until open/check for dmg!). Upon renotifying MyPrEle of prblm remaining, they adv go ahead and rcv/sign for, call them when rcvd and adv of any dmg (after signing for). Shipper finally delivered (I live in Ky) on Thu, 23 Jan. TV in great cond, np there. So far, MyPrEle is great for price, but ship subcontr was not good. Other item - (settop box): on ordering, adv was in stock, but email note of ship, adv that settop was not in stock. Settop not in stock until 23 Jan (Thu), but MyPrEle adv will be shipped UPS air (no charge). Overall, upside - great prices, best shipping rates over phone, excellent customer relations; downside - shipper pblms on my one order, website slow, and misadvised on stocking of settop box"
