"They have great products and the videos show ways to use the products. Contacting customer service has always been a positive experience. The only problem I have with this company is the high cost of shipping and the slowness of the shipping. My first order took around 3 weeks but I got an email letting me know that it was going to take longer. The next order 2 months but I thought that was a glitch so I ordered again. This order has not arrived yet and it has been over 2 weeks. I now have been told that they are waiting for some of the items to come in but that was only after I emailed and asked where my order was."
