"Found a spacerail set here for way cheaper than most places shipping was only $7. Got the product a week later it was shipped from California I'm in AZ so east coast people might take longer. No shipping conformation or tracking which sucks because you have no idea if/when they shipped but I got what I wanted for a killer price over $15 bucks cheaper than anywhere else. Will check them out for stuff in the future."
"I ordered an item on October 23, 2007. As of November 22 I still have not received this item.
After 8 business days and my order still had not shipped, I contacted MyVirtualZone by email and voice mail. I received word that the item had shipped and was given a tracking number, however after 22 business days from the order date USPS still has no record of this tracking number and my order remains unfulfilled. I don't know what's going on but it should not take an email, a voice mail, and a month to fulfill an uncomplicated order for one in-stock item. I had second thoughts about ordering from a company I've never heard of, and I wish I stayed away from MyVirtualZone in the first place.
Edit: I sent an email 11/22/07 to MyVirtualZone requesting an update to my order. As of 12/8/07 I've received no response from this second email, nor have I received product that I ordered from them 32 business days ago. "
