untrustworthy company!!

"They said they shipped my order, but after months the parcel had not arrived. I contacted the customer service, but they were completely unhelpful, and rude. They then said it is my problem, they will not do anything."

Boorish support service that does not support customers.

"Hello I have a problem with my order. This problem was created by your inadequate sales officer.
The thing is -
On May 25, I created order number #357476 and paid for it.
The order had this position - Training Kit for Co-Axial / 200-300 Class Helicopter (Sponge / Soft Ball). (Back Order). It was also stated - Availability: Usually within 2-5 business days (Estimated). I read I understood this and everything. When ordering, I SPECIALLY indicated that I need to be contacted if the goods are not in your warehouse.
OK.
I waited a 5 days(as stated on your website.). The goods were not sent to me and in a week nobody contacted me. I naturally decided to find out what the problem was.
On May 30, I contacted your store with a question -
"Already a week has passed, my order is still being processed. Are you alright?".
As you know, I did not scandal, did not insult anyone.
I did not receive a reply to the letter. I wanted to write to the store through paypal. On the site, I read that you advise that you first contact your support team (which I already contacted before but did not receive an answer).
ОК.
I wrote again that I needed an answer on my order and indicated that if I was not answered, I unfortunately would have to turn to paypal.
Almost INSTANTLY I received an answer to this letter. In response, the manager in a boorish manner began to accuse me of not having read the information about the product and, without my consent, stated that she would cancel the order.
Instead of solving the problem, the manager arranged a conflict, hinting that I was an idiot and did not understand the meaning of what was written. Naturally, I told her that I understood everything, did everything correctly, and that I was very disappointed with her behavior.
But your inadequate employee didn’t pay attention to my words (although I know that she understood that I was right). I clearly indicated in my two letters that I was not going to cancel the order and that I needed some other solution. The manager ignored me and, in a boorish way, canceled my order without any consent.
As a result, I was left without a product ordered and paid for by me, and for a few more days I will wait for the return of my money for VISA.
And all this only because your employee behaves rudely with buyers.
If she believes that this is the way to do business - why shouldn't she quit and become a businessman?
In its place it is quite possible to take an adequate person who will normally communicate with customers, solve problems and thereby increase respect for your store.
I myself am a businessman and do not allow myself or my employees to behave rudely with clients.

In general, now there is a problem that I think should be solved.
I hope for your understanding.

If you need a copy of my correspondence with your employee, I am ready to provide it.

Horrible. Faulty products bad service

"They provide inferior products with terrible follow up service. The exchange process is a nightmare; they make it your problem if they send you broken or faulty parts. Really poor. Stay away."

Ordered, no money, nothing shipped, no response

"I have bad experience with them currently... already opened paypal dispute and order is "being reviewed".. Ordered/payed new model RCX motors with EZO bearings, promoted on homepage and they look like in stock. After few days I asked why its not shipped, after day they tell me they do not have bearings (so motors are not assembled yet) and offered me lower quality RCX motors. I asked about estimation when they will have motors I ordered ready. No answer yet, another week, Paypal dispute opened, no answer.. never never again (and i was happy with their motors in the past year).. :("

MyRcMart blaim the post office an don't wont to refund.

They take your payment very fast, and are there any problems they won't do anything.

Never again.

"Worthless aftersales, arrogant company, poor quality carbon frames.

Bought an X160 and X190 frame, both have an incredible flex, the x160 is 3mm carbon and it's so flexible that you don't need much force to have it at a 45 degree angle.

After the first mild crash with a superlight setup (300gr auw) it delaminated the carbon. Contacted them, 'sold as is' 'if you don't like it, buy a more expensive frame from our competition'

Tipical Chinese arrogance, and unwilling to listen. In fact, they will refund, but only if the product is returned like it was received (new, in bag) which is impossible. They simple use poor quality carbon that is absolutely not the quality you normally expect. The 4mm X190 frame is about as flexible as normal quality 2mm carbon. They refuse to listen and offer help. Avoid, is my best advice. I will never, ever buy again from them. I've build about 38 quads now, and never had an experience like with them. They reply rude and senseless, don't read what you type (in fact, they now assume i want a full refund for the order, instead of the 14,99usd for the frame). They simple play a game. Worthless.

"MYRCMART.com is a terrible company for many reasons:

1) They charge top dollar for sub-par shipping.
2) They are quick to take your payment, but very slow to process.
3) In the event that something is wrong with the order(back order, etc), they will not contact you but leave the sale processing. This is a tactic used by larger companies to capitalize on profits. But very poor for sales as this leaves the buyer at a disadvantage.
4) They will not contact you unless it is in their favor. This applies to both new and existing transactions.

Overall I would rate this company as one of the worst on the internet in terms of buyer confidence and service. And I'd urge anyone considering them to move on. Which stands in spite of the numerous false testimonials posted on RCMART's behalf.
