"I would never buy anything again from myradiostore. Well before xmas, I purchased a satellite receiver and a portable boombox from them for my husband's xmas gift. One of the speakers of the sound system was defective so we had to return it after we got home from a xmas vacation. After trying a home dock instead, we decided the radio reception was poor and tried to return it but myradiostore refused to take it back because they said we had exceeded their 45-day return policy. The manager was snooty and unhelpful; he didn't respond to my comment that the delay was partly due to their defective boombox and didn’t even care when I told him I was going to write this. They obviously don't care about their customers or return business. You'd be much better off buying from Best Buy or somwhere similar that will take back their product if you're not happy with it."

"Recently purchased a Pioneer XMP3 (Model GEX). Received email confirmation of the order within a few hours and shipping confirmation and UPS tracking number within 24 hrs of the order. So far so good. Haven't received the order yet since i selected $3.99 standard shipping (4-7 days delivery). I will update this review if any problems with the satellite radio."

"Absolutely the BEST internet buying experience I've ever received! Found what I needed for $12 which Best Buy was charging $42 for. I placed my order on 5/28 and it was on my doorstep on 6/1! That was with standard shipping, nothing special. I placed my order and in literally minutes I received confirmation, a copy of an invoice and detailed package tracking and tracking number for UPS shipping. AMAZING! I called with a question right after I submitted my order and I wasn't on hold for more than 2 minutes. Their customer service reps are top notch. I will definitely buy from them again and will recommend anyone to buy from them. "

"Shipping and C/S response is impeccable. However, watch the return policies:
I received a defective unit, had to pay for the return and they only give you partial credit. Since I chose to not take a chance in getting another defective unit, I have paid ~ $10 and having NOTHING in return.

I paid to ship a bad radio and then paid to return it. This turned out to be a bad purchase on my end. I will never use them again.

"WOW!! I am in shock! I searched and searched for a good deal on a Serious Sportster 5 & Speaker Dock. I almost bought these on Amazon but the shipping was $30. In my search My Radio Store kept coming up but for some reason i was hesitant to order there. So after my sticker shock of amazon's shipping charge i decided to give it a try.

I called first to verify customer service was available. and they were prompt to answer. They stated my item was in stock and new and sealed in box.

They did have one of the best prices i found + a rebate. So i placed my order. Later that day i got an email that my order was shipped. I was quite surprised by that alone and even more surprised when my order arrived today! I just ordered this yesterday! So Kudos to My Radio Store.

One thing the box arrived open so not sure how that happened but everything was in there and looks perfectly fine!

I also saw on their site that they have holiday returns until Jan. 16 which is great because i was concerned about the return policy in case this doesn't work when i present it as a gift on xmas.

"This was one of only two stores still carrying the Sirius Stiletto 100. The other was Crutchfield at $30.00 more. Paid $3.99 for shipping and got it in three days. They accept PayPal too which I like."

"I ordered a refurbished Pioneer Inno1 and antennae headphone from this store. They shipped it within 24 hours and provided a tracking number for UPS. Unit was refurbished by Pioneer and came in a Pioneer box with all items that are included with "new" unit.

I would definitely order from them again.

"I called MyRadioStore after looking over their website and seeing a refurbished Pioneer xm2go portable XM radio. Dan the customer service rep. was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He took my order information and the process from soup to nuts was done in a very professional manner. I received my radio on-time, well packed and in working order."

"I am very disappointed with this company. If you are looking for a rebate READ THE FINE PRINT.
The first unit shipped to me was defective. The replacement unit did not include required rebate documents. Their customer service does not work with you - - - treats the customer as an advisory.
