"Bought a replacement item on 26 May 18 received an order notification saying my item would ship within 2-3 days. After a week tried to find out the status of my order and nothing was updated. Tried to email several times once again no response. Finally found a phone number and get disconnected every time. I can’t even cancel my order. Do not use this company. The worst experience ever that are there just to take your money. SCAM!!!"

"BUYER BEWARE! I also sadly did not read reviews before buying a popcorn machine and cart from them - they charged my card immediately and then when the item was "backordered" they never credited my card! Very hard to get a hold of them and they do not respond appropriately.

"I can not warn people away from this vendor strongly enough. I placed my order on the 27th of May. I noted that my credit card was immediately billed upon receipt of my order which always makes me wary as the merchant agreement with most credit cards (including my VISA) prohibit the charging of the card until the item ships with only a few exceptions.
After the advertised shipment date passed with no followup email containing notice of shipment I contacted the company and was told by the representative that they would check on my order and get back to me. I never heard from them. I emailed them and told them I was dissatisfied and that if my order didn't ship soon I would like to cancel my order. To their credit I did then get a reply from another representative via email telling me that the item was backordered and no estimate for an ETA. I canceled the order, but 4 days later still have not received a credit on my card. I filed a complaint with the bank issuing my VISA and will also file a complaint against them with VISA as they are knowingly violating their merchant argreement by charging the card without shipping.
Beware of this company as they will immediately charge your card and then drag their feet on providing a refund when your item becomes mysteriously backordered.

"I placed my order on 05/22/2012. Unfortunately I did not read the reviews of this companies performance prior to my order. It is now 06/04/2012 and I have not received my order. I telephoned and discussed the status with "William" on 06/01/2012 and he assured me that his warehouse Personnel would contact me regarding the status of my order. I advised him that I had sent several messages and have not received any response. He assured me that this was unusual and I should be hearing from them via e-mail within a few hours. "I ordered restaurant supplies from this company. They did not adhere to their processing or delivery policies outlined on their website.
After two weeks they'd still not processed my order! I contacted them over 28 times. 14 emails accompanied by 14 phone calls. The response was some auto generated email and customer service representative that had one response "I'm sorry about that I will have someone get back to you right away". Return phone calls never happen! I canceled my order & got the same type of response "Please give us a little more time". WHAT! This is crazy.
Save yourself a big headache and go with someone else. I don't care how much cheaper they claim their products are! In the long run the product(s) will never arrive and it will be one very expensive lesson."

Cancelled the order immediately and have not seen a refund to date. My order too is with the concerns dept! If I could I would not even give it one star. Ordered a item on 2/22/12 and was told that the item would take 3-5 day to process and 10-15 days to ship. now it is 3/16/12 and I follow up to find out where my item is, and finally told that the item is still not in stock and they do not know when they will get it. I'm being asked to wait 2 weeks till they have an update on when the item will be in stock. This item is still on their website shown as in stock and ready to ship.
I was charged for my item back on 2/22/12 and now looking to get a refund for this and expect it to be a hard process.
**Update 4/4/12** - they refuse to give a refund, item is still not in stock, it may ship a week from now, but I've heard that 3 different times now. I wish I spent the extra $100 bucks and got it from a better dealer."

"I ordered the Gold Medal 8oz. Mega Pop Corn pack from MyPopcornMachine.com right before New Years, and I can honestly say that I couldn't be happier with the product or the company. I stumbled upon their website when I did a google search and sorted by lowest price. The website was easy to navigate, and the prices for the products were amazing (obviously, since the low price is what led me to the site in the first place). I was concerned that there would be some pretty major delays in shipping with the Christmas rush just finishing up and all the postal holidays associated with New Years Eve/New Years Day, etc., but the product actually arrived ahead of schedule. "Very negative experience. Merchandise damaged due to poor packaging. When I telephoned I was told to e-mail instead. Then got nowhere with the e-mails. The process they required to return the merchandise was simply not worth the effort and judging from other reviews they don't refund the money anyway.
