This time the merchant took a full week to ship my order (there had been no indication that anything was out of stock). When I finally received a shipment confirmation I emailed the merchant to express my displeasure and inquired as to why it took 7 days to get my order out the door. I received no reply. I like to support small merchants when possible (vs ordering from Amazon, which offers the same product at the same price) but this will be my last order with mypatienteducation."
