"This company is a FRAUD! Do not order from them. They will not refund your money. They will stall you as long as they can to get your money. I called my bank and cancelled my card and filed a police report with the fraud unit.

Their online helpers are no use. Emailing them with complaints is a paper trail for your case, but they will not help you. Your complaints will not be resolved through mylove-bridal.com, only through law enforcement.

"I have ordered 2 dresses from this company for my sister wedding for October 2, 2010. One of the dress is BLACK and one RED.. The company send me a Black dress and a fuchsia dress. This company pictures are blurry because is MISLEADING.. They are RUDE, UNPROFFESSIONAL and LIES.. They claim that in china Fuchsia color is RED.. Watch out for that company, they are blind..
They will find a way to not give you a refund or send you the right color dress. This is the worst company I have ever shop with, NEVER AGAIN.. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!! "
