"Two customer service reps told me they'd call back to confirm an order cancellation. I was assured I'd be refunded in full, including shipping - this was assured because of a second problem with an earlier order! Second rep said first rep never cancelled the order - then second rep didn't called back either. Request to speak to a supervisor wasn't fulfilled, and supervisor never called. 24+ hours after cancellation, I received an email that the order had shipped. Now I'm supposed to pay $8 shipping, then $8 return shipping on a cancelled order?? I'm feeling lied to and ripped off."

"I placed 2 orders for cabinet hardware. The website represented that the items would ship in 1-2 days. A week later my items still had not shipped. I contacted MyKnobs customer service who took more than 48 hours to respond to my inquiry. They told me the product was backordered for 30 days! Their allegation was that another cutomer must have placed an order for the product that same day before I placed the order because they update their stock every 24 hours. This explanation was a complete lie -- as the website continuted -- for weeks -- to represent that the product would ship in 1-2 days. I tried to get them to ship partial orders with the knobs that were not backordered and one week later there is still no indication that such knobs have been shipped. This place is an absolute joke. The worst customer service I've ever recieved. "

"Horrible Customer Service. I was not informed that my order could bot be fulfilled, BEFORE, they shipped part of it. Have to pay the installers now twice because the4y have to come back for the second install, what if the second batch shipped does not match the first one, when one calls, they could care less, and a superviso4r is never available. The people cost me additional moneys because of the install and I was not given the option to possible chose another tile that was in full available.
Numerous emails, numerous ph calls, they do not care, find another company to place your orders, I can absolutely NOT recommend them.

"I placed an order on 8/6/14. they said my order would be drop shipped and would be here on the week of the 18th. I got a voice mail on 8/11/14 saying they were just informed that my order would not get shipped until the 18th. They never told me but they took my money already. They wanted to know if I still wanted the order of 16 locks? I called the same day 8/11 and said no I needed them because I was on a time line. So they were canceled. Then 3 days later they call me to tell me my order has been canceled and it will take 24-48 hour to show in my account. So I was out just over $1000.00 for a week and a day because of this. I tried to talk to a supervisor three different times and they were not available and would call back, but there has been no call.
I am a locksmith and sometime I need to go to other venders
to find something but they will never see me again.

"Really horrible customer service. My return was within 3 days of receiving the order and I called then. Number one rule in business is stand behind the products you sell. To tell your customers that the manuracturer will not take back opened packages is not a returns policy. I did not order them from the manufacturer, I ordered them from your company. And if that is the policy then state that on your webstore. Yours says easy returns and I found it to be anything but easy. If you had no need to return part of your order then you may love this place. If you do ever need to return something you will be very disappointed."

"Many items are drop-shipped from the manufacturer and myknobs either cannot or is unwilling (in my case) to make any changes. I called to add three more of an item in an order I had placed just an hour before and was told we cannot do it, even though the order had not even been placed. The UPS tracking info link offered incorrect information. When I called I was told it is wrong, but told what the correct info was. Bottom line-they do not stock the inventory and there is a great disconnect between them and the vendors. Ultimately the consumer pays the price. I will NOT use them again. Too many other companies that can provide the same products."

"I have placed two large orders with MyKnobs.com over the past month for a total house remodel. In both cases, order was shipped within two days directly from manufacturer. Prices are excellent and where there was a question about a split order, customer service responded immediately. Highly recommended."

"Bad service!
Company have a lot of products on web site but they not avalible when you order. They promtly charging credit card and never sending any info regarding items avalibality intill you start get worry and call to CS.
CS service politely asking you to wait for update 24-48 hous and never do so...

"I would not order from this Company due to their return policy. I immediately returned the merchandise that was purchased after waiting for over a week for "authorization to return" from the manufacturer. After 3 emails and two telephone calls to receive this "authorization to return", I sent the merchandise back, had to pay for the postage, and send proof of tracking to the Return Center. I then received another email from them stating that it would take up to three weeks to receive a credit - an additional three weeks to credit us back for a product they have in their hands. So now this will be almost a month to be credited for a product that could have been sent back the same day it was received and refund processed immediately on a package that was never opened. This was not a small order either as it was $497. If I would have I received customer service and the refund immediately I may have re-ordered; instead, due to the ridiculous delay, I would never order anything from this site again."

"Over one month to deliver my handles for my kitchen cabinets. Called repeatedly and constantly got answer, "Backordered" Couldn't get answer to say why. Called constantly. Kept promising delivery "next week". They took over a month to deliver. No hurry. No worry."
