"I placed an order for a pair of sunglasses on Aug 20, 2012. The site stated that model was available and in stock. Myitalianglasses.com also advertised that they "ship within 24hours". By Aug 26, 2012, the order was still "pending" despite the payment having been completed via paypal on the 20th. On Aug 28th, I received an email noting the order was canceled with no reason listed. The process was a disappointing one as they took 8 days to decide to cancel, leaving me to seek an alternative long beyond the time at which I thought the transaction was reviewed and finalized.
I will not attempt to buy from myitalianglasses.com again and I would not recommend them to anyone."
