"My experience with MyGatsby.com was very poor and I will not order from them again or recommend them to anyone. I ordered an envelope product, into which I was going to put some prints. The size of the envelop pocket was very important. Their website reads "card size 5.25x7.25". You would think a 5x7 card would fit, but it does not. When I requested a return, they agreed but only if I paid for shipping. Why should I have to pay anything if their product description is fundamentally wrong. The whole process of dealing with customer service and the "supervisor" issuing arbitrary ruling without speaking to me was a nightmare. In the end, I'm out shipping cost and still don't have a workable product. "
