"I would say buyer beware. I ordered my battery on March 12 and my credit card was charged right away, I was given a invoice with a tracking number. When I did not receive my battery after 4 days I emailed to find out the status. No response. I went to track it with the number they provided to find out it was a bogus number. I emailed again with no response. I should have been suspicious when I didn't see a phone number on the web site. I called my credit card company and disputed the sale and got my money back. I would not recommend doing business with this company"

Minor disappointment concerning time from order to delivery, perhaps just misunderstanding on my part.

Shipping was to be by air mail, not specified from where. Turned out to be from Hong Kong. Customs form indicated processed on June 10, was ordered June 2. Finally arrived June 16. Transit time about 6 days, about what I expected.

The seller had not been precise as to whether item ordered was in stock at time of order or how long it would be from placing order to date shipped (assumed to be when customs form processed).

Satisfied with product and its performance. Disappointed in 14 days from order placement to delivery buy can't say they didn't do what they promised because they didn't make a prediction of date to be shipped."

"I ordered a battery for my MP3 player from MyBuyBuddy.com. Their customer service is non-existent. They never sent a confirmation email when I placed the order. They never responded to multiple emails I sent requesting order status. Finally, when I received the battery, I put it in my MP3 player and charged it until the player displayed "Battery Full." The player would go for over 40 hours of listening to mp3's when it was new but this battery died in under 5 hours of use! It probably is not worth trying to return it, even though I spent $36 for it. There is no way of communicating with MyBuyBuddy.com, no phone number and no email response. My recommendation is to avoid this place like the bubonic plague. "

"DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MYBUYBUDDY. THEY ARE NOT WORTHY OF ANYONE’S TRUST. YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY! MyBuyBuddy charged my credit card immediately. I paid $18.15 for “standard airmail”. They sent me an email two days later with a tracking number. MyBuyBuddy sent an email three days after that telling me that the order is being processed. I waited for 7 days after the sale and sent an email to MyBuyBuddy asking where my order was. The United States Postal Service reported the tracking as being issued and awaiting pickup but not actually sent. No reply from MyBuyBuddy. On the 11th day after ordering, I sent MyBuyBuddy a second request for sttaus or a refund. Still no reply. That same day MyBuyBuddy’s web site was not working and still does not the next day. This is a bad way to conduct business. I was ripped off for 67.79 without any remedy."

"Do not make the same mistake i did with the no name store MYBUYBUDDY.COM i could have saved money by purchasing it on ebay, but i wanted it faster than ebay's hong kong battery people, because i needed the camcorder for a wedding and went with MYBUYBUDDY. it took just as long and came from hong kong and my camcorder battery was defective and turned itself off after a minute with an error. i have now waited two weeks and contacted MYBUYBUDDY twice and gotten no response. so my brother-in-law's wedding wasn't recorded and i haven't gotten my money back. by the way MYBUYBUDDY has a policy of no cash back on battery purchases. "
