"Horrible experience, and it's not over yet. After 9 days my order is still "pending" with zero contact from MXXO. No back-order notice, or a notice of any other kind of problem. I don't know how the earlier reviewer spoke on the phone with them as there is no contact method other than their e-mail form. I have attempted to contact them three times over the 9 days with no response. My fourth requested the order be cancelled. Now we wait, hoping the order is cancelled, not knowing if our card will be charged or not."
