Dont purchase from Mwave

"Seriously when you spend over $500 on items that are smaller then a packet of cigarettes the postage should be free and if its interstate it should be express post, but you don't get that option and you pay for that bad slow service, and the worst possible postage service is offered, dispatch is terrible and 5 days after my order and payment it still has not left NSW ! , I read your reviews and all your customers complain about the same thing , perhaps you should look at improving that area and having better customer support , they just dont care obviously. i agree with other reviews your postage and dispatch and customer service is terrible ! After this experience i certainly will not consider products from this supplier Mwave again."

Terrible

"The product is good however I had a terrible experience with the Mwave worker on the returns.
My wife bought the wrong product that didn't fit my monitor and I went back literally a couple of hours after and he charged me 20% of the stock even tho the box and everything else were in perfect condition.
I even told you, to check my profile I had spent more than 10k with you guys but he didn't give a s...

You guys just lost a regular customer and his friends.

Horrible Service !!

"Horrible Service !! Bought a monitor online after 1 week the agent said "we are busy with many orders, dont worry your monitor will be shipped soon" one week later nothing, went to online chat !! another agent says Unfortunately we cant send you the Monitor because it was an internal system error... after 3 weeks waiting for my monitor !! NEVER AGAIN !!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!"

Stay away from Mwave.com, bad service and Super Slow, Tricky on the return policy.

"very slow, start sending after purchased four days, firstly they don't respond to your ticket, I have to tried many ways to contact them but they don't let you return or exchange your item. "

Slowest service ever with 0 support to tickets

"still processing, I've tried to change some details on the order and no " support " replies to the tickets, i live a few suburbs away and know that " covid " isn't causing this much and that Australia post is doing full delivery 7 days a week now and there is no way to fix anything because you cant call using a phone due to this bad service"

Terrible customer service - very disappointed

"I purchased a Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Core for Mac & Windows Belkin 13 September and I am still waiting on delivery. I have made contact six times in the last two weeks and no one has replied (you can’t call, only email or lodge tickets). Very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this organisation. "

Extremely poor processing times and customer service

"I placed an order on the 22/07/2021 and 7 days later it's still processing. Contacted support numerous times and have been told different stories. I was told on two different occasions that my order was forwarded to the warehouse with high priority.... Still hasn't been sent. On the website it says 1-2 processing days, yes I can understand that due to the lockdown there may be some delays however a week gone by and my order still hasn't processed? Don't recommend ordering from here unless you're willing to wait a long time."

The worst experience I have ever had.

"Bought 2 new monitors from Mwave and I was so exciting picking them up. When I unboxed the first package I found a crack on the screen. Immediately reported the case with them and it was within 5 hours since I got it. Once I received their response I brought it back to the store. And soon to find out I loss nearly 700$ because of my bad luck. They claimed it was my fault to brake the BNIB monitor and quote "nothing we can do about it".
It was bullying from such a big guy like Mwave to an individual customer. If anything like this happens at JB or David Jones I believe I would have a chance to get a replacement right away.
If you find a same product that is sold elsewhere avoid Mwave at all cost. They are practically similar to insurance firms who only try their best to maximize the sale and do not give a damn to customers.
Was trying to build a PC for a 3000 series GPU from them and then this happens. I'll go somewhere else.
My biggest disappointment in a very long time.

Rude people who will hang up on you! no customer support here. Please be advised!

"I bought an ASUS gaming laptop from mwave about two months ago only because it was on special and came with a free RAM. I did not know how they treat their customers or how professional or unprofessional they are. When I received the laptop i turned it on and I saw that
1. It had unacceptable backlight bleed
2. Jittery and choppy video playback whether on youtube or any videos on the laptop itself playing with any software like VLC or others.
3. One of the built in software called the ArmouryCrate which was for adjusting the level of the fans did not update so whenever i pressed the update icon it just showed that its looking for updates and just keep doing that hours and hours(endless searching) so i knew something was wrong with it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it again but that didnt work too.
I had to return it but then i had so much uni work i had to do on it so i kept doing my work then one day when i turned it on it went straight to BIOS so i restarted then went to BIOS again found some troubleshooting online but that didnt work either so now the laptop was literally unusable had to send it back to mwave.
I called Mwave and discussed the issues and they asked me with a vague and tired voice to make a claim online and state the issues and just contact us through there and whenever i get a response then send it so i did that and ended up sending the laptop.
2 weeks gone, I commented on the claim which according to them was the only way to do it, asking if they have any updates for me, waited 3 days they didnt reply back so i called them, after 40 seconds of ringing someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up so i called again and then someone else with a very rushed voice just like before like he was doing the worst job on earth picked up and said "we have no updates if we had updates we call you"! this was the third time i called them in general.

A few days later i called Asus and they said that they have sent the laptop back to them A WEEK AGO. How is that possible because mwave told me that "they dont have it" with a rushed voice. Very weird Asus repair center is in Sydney just like Mwave. It literally takes less than two days to post something within the same state so Mwave was either lying or ASUS. I called MWave again the exact same day and I explained what was going on and felt like he wasnt even listening to me he replied "yeah yeah yeah we dont have it when we have it we call you" with a very rushed voice again, like the building was on fire and he just had to get out. The whole convo took less than 5 min.
I called Asus and said that you guys say u have sent it but then how come Mwave doesnt have it? They didnt know either but they said they gonna escalate the issue and someones gonna call me which they didnt.
A day later at the very end of their business hour Mwave replied to my claim that i asked if they had any updates a week ago, saying that ASUS doesnt wanna fix the laptop because they say that the laptop was opened and a RAM (Same configuration as the one already in there!) was installed. They wasted 3 weeks of my time and a laptop which had 1 year of warranty mwave says can be repaired but i have to pay them for it!!! dont even know why!!!
I asked other shops and resllers about their return policy and warranty and they have said opening and upgrading a gaming laptop will not tamper with its warranty!
Shame on Mwave , These people are crooks and mafia they could not care less about you, what they care about is your money once they take it youll have no customer support from them they are too busy to deal with you. They are already making millions of dollars each year you and i give them honest reviews about what they actually do can do no harm to them and they could not care less.

People at Mwave are liars, irresponsible people with no attitude who act like they are doing the worst job. This company should be shut down or at least learn that they cant go for too long if they keep doing what they are doing people are always stronger and words always get out and spread among others.

Scum company.

"Tried to buy a hard drive, they told me they had to get verification. Even though I can buy airline tickets etc without this. When I rang to cancel they told me they would give me refund. They should not b taking money from your account TILL it is verified. Scum company rip off turds. Don't deal with them."

Returns are costly and a hassle

"I purchased a $23 ironing board cover from this company through Wal-mart.com. I didn't realize it was a 3rd-party seller (and would not ship-to-store), until after I placed the order. There was nothing wrong with the cover, but the color was a different shade than it appeared on the website. I contacted them by email to return it and they kept emailing me back that a had to send them a picture of the product before they would give me the RMA number needed for return. I finally called them and got the return information needed. Although the initial shipping was free, I had to pay $12 to ship it back, then they deducted a $3 restocking fee from my refund. I WILL NOT order from them again."

A 30 minute projector lamp

"The replacement bulb I ordered from Mwave lasted 30 minutes. Because I opened the shipping carton a year after I ordered, they refused to accept any responsibility. In my opinion I was shipped a defective bulb and they have an ethical responsibility to stand by their product. After I complained to them I received an email with no contact information beside the email address. I will never buy from them again."

If I could give less than 1 star I would

"This company is the worse!! They consistently sell defective product. Out of the 4 replacement bulbs ordered for our TV only one worked correctly. Their service is awful. They are so quick to take your money but never want to offer any assistance when you call them about the crappy product they’ve sent you. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!"
