"Incredible prices on most items. I am leaving this positive review because I have just discovered that they also have wonderful customer service. They sent me an incorrect item and when I emailed them about it, they replied very quickly and told me to keep the incorrect item and that they would be shipping the correct item immediately. How's that for service! I truly hope this company maintains their excellent prices and continues with the fantastic service. Maybe we have found the Newegg of electronics supplies. :-)

My order was small, as I didn't want to 'risk' anything with an un-rated company. Now that my order has gone through smoothly, I have little hesitation on purchasing from this company in the future!
Some positives:
- Website is very easy to navigate
- A sense of 'personal' service (emails and website design indicating there are real people who care about my business)
- NO overcharging for shipping
- Detailed emails
- Prompt order processing
- Excellent prices (on the items I bought, at least)
- Nice selection of items
Some 'neutrals':
- 'Handling' charge for orders under $49.99, but I do understand the need to do this. I would prefer that the charge was eliminated or reduced to orders under $25 or so.
A 'negative':
- No record of the USPS tracking/delivery confirmation number on the order status/history page. (Although, I did receive it via e-mail)
Overall, this merchant is a GREAT place to buy from. If your orders are $50 or more, you will probably be getting the best prices anywhere on your items.
