"The shipping was free for my purchase so I assumed they would use a slower and cheaper shipping method. However, I was pleasantly surprised to receive the package just 3 days after placing my order. Product was packed well and is just as described. Good service!"

"Purchased over the phone. Asked to upgrade packaged deal with better Guitar. They did. Order never went through. Called them, no longer had my color. Upgraded me to another notch up in quality for free. Shipped 3 day for free. Very good customer service."
