"Terrible customer service. If your trying to get a refund it's nearly impossible. Buyer beware. I bought a tube ,and the sent me the wrong one tried telling me it was the right one . Clearly it was not it had a different number on it. Still waiting for the refund. They keep lying to me every time I call"
"I have been a MusicDirect customer for over 3 years. I have purchased equipment, albums (vinyl), and various accessories from them. I use both the web and phone to order. I have never had anything other than outstanding service from them. They are proactive in letting me know if there are delays with anything I order. Several times they have upgraded shipping for free when there have been delays. I can recommend these folks VERY highly.

"Excellent customer service. I gave their 800 number a call and within a minute, I had a real live person. Never had to press a single number on my phone--no stupid menus, no waiting. I got to talk to someone real. Other than that, very prompt on the order. I ordered a 4-LP set for a member of my family for Christmas, and I know he's going to love it because it was on his wish list, again through Music Direct. Good prices, very honest and detailed with their product descriptions, and carry a large range of music and gear. Excellent retailer. I'd do business with them again in a heart-beat."
"MusicDirect.com shipped my order the same day as I placed it. Since it was shipped by UPS Express, the order arrived the next day in Canada and I was not charged UPS brokerage fees (only UPS Standard has a brokerage fee). However, I had to pay Canadian customs fees, which was reasonable.
