"Ordered and received no feedback for two weeks. Sent a message threatening to make a claim through PayPal. **** down, the next day they find and say they’ve shipped my order.

"So my first order was over a year ago, honestly at first the customer services was amazing! they had a live chat and always wanted to make the customer happy. I noticed they down sized the customer service department. I've spent over 1000$ with them and the last two times I was over charged. "Ashley" had told me that only her manager "Joey" can help me. I emailed him and left 3 voice mails with no return and he blocked my account. I felt really bad especially since I'm in the military and I told all my buddies about the site and swore by it. Since then I've found better options for fellow Canadians such as fit shop.ca"

"Ordered a product according to the size chart and needed to return it because the chart was way off. Tried to return and was told i can but i am responsible for the return shipping. When clearly in their return policy it states they will send you a return label with instructions. Nothing about customer be responsible for return shipping costs. do yourself a favor and buy from ANYWHERE else. Especially in this day and age of competitive shopping!!"

I paid extra money for Fedex priority as it delivers in 3 to 5 days tops!
After 5 days I was surprised that my order was still under process and didn’t leave their warehouse. Customer services was so cold and he didn’t give me any reason why it took them 5 days to prepare the order though!!! And below was our chat

"I recently purchased protein power on sale from them. The product arrived expired by over 2 months. When I contacted customer service they said that it was because it was expired why it was on sale. I did not realize that they were allowed to sell stale products to consumers. When I asked for a refund that told me I would have to pay the shipping costs to return the expired product. Very unsatisfied with their business practices. I do not think it is a good idea to consume expired products."

I just received the order yesterday, June 1st!
Granted they were nice enough to refund my international shipping to Thailand, but the logistics company they selected, DHL was absolutely horrible. The product could have walked here faster.
And after granting the refund for the shipping charges they did not respond to a single message of mine.
