Ha! First off, I have 2 of these. They work great new, but when they need service good luck getting someone on the phone, or replacement parts. Steamist was much more responsive. Over the past 3 weeks I've made DOZENS of calls all over the country to get help for a replacement water solenoid / filter and a MSTS pushbutton start sensor. These guys are bad news and the supply channel is a big SNAFU. NEVER AGAIN."
