"I would recommend avoiding this retailer of premium denim. Their customer service representative was extremely rude, and accused me of sending him back a fake pair of jeans, in addition to wearing and washing them. Hence I was not given a refund, and the retailer has refused to send the merchandise to me unless I pay them for shipping (?!?!) In the end, I decided to dispute the charge through my credit card company, and I will not have to pay the $162. "
