Ripped off

"I ordered part's for my riding mower. They charged me for parts they never sent. The parts were obsolete. They said they would send me a refund and never did. Contacted them over and over. They kept saying the refund is put in. Never received nothing. BUYER BEWARE. Do business with someone else."

Don't trust the website, go somewhere else

"In stock apparently doesn't mean they have it, it means they might be able to get it eventually. Wish I would have seen all of the other reviews here before I placed an order and waited for them to eventually let me know they don't have it but should be getting it soon, even though it said in stock on their website. Go somewhere else if you actually want to get your parts."

this company is running like Scam

"I place and order on July 18,2020 and as of today did not receive my order. they don't have any phone number to contact. they created a fake shipping label with us post office. I track the package and us post office said they created a label on July 24 but never ship the merchandise every time I write to them they just say the package was mailed on July 24 which is not true and I don't know how Pay Pal is doing business with them I read a lot of review and everyone is very unhappy with the review. I hope that there is no more victim from this scam. This is a horrible company and bad customer service"

Very fast

"There are so many negative reviews I couldnt help but leave a good one. I ordered a part on Thursday. Received it Friday. I live in Indiana and they are in Georgia. It was correct, good price, and fast. What more could you ask for. I realize they use several warehouse to get things done. But even for it to be processed in 1 day is shocking. Hats off and keep up the good work! "

NOPE ... never again.

"Ordered parts on 14 Sep 2019 with 5-7 business day shipping. Here we are on 23 Sep 2019 and order is cancelled -- no explanation, no correspondence, no answer at the customer service phone number. Of course I was charged the full amount the day of the order, but did they refund the charges the day they cancelled the order? Nope. They're a big NOPE in my book. No second chance from me."

Worst Customer Service

"I ordered a part for a Cub Cadet lawn mower, used the furnished part number from Cub Cadet. The part I saw on their website was the same as the part found on my mower and part listed on Cub Cadet website. The part was cheaper than all other websites that I researched for days. So ordered the part on 5-14-19 thru website and paid for with credit card. Order was processed thru my bank the very next day , part was not shipped until 5-16-19 and I received part on 5-18-19. Get part and its not the same as on their website and not whats on my mower. So I called on 5-20-19 to tell them it was wrong. I was told that I ordered the wrong part and that I used the wrong part number. I told the woman on the phone that I did not order the wrong part number. She told me to send her pictures using their email address of the part that I needed. And they would get the correct part for me. So I sent pictures the part needed along the part number from Cub Cadet on 5-20-19. Mowtown USA did send me email with an RMA number to return part for exchange of the correct part. The next day I sent email asking if they had got my pictures. Mowtown USA employee (again the same woman) sent email saying that they needed pictures of the part received, not part needed. During phone conversation on 5-20-19 nothing was said about the part I received, just part I needed. So I recent pictures of part needed along with pictures of part received via email to Mowtown USA again on 5/21/19. No calls from Mowtown stating that they received pictures, no phone call (I provided all 'information) nothing. So on 5/24/19 sent another email to Mowtown USA asking if they would getting the correct part that I needed since I has already paid for it. Waited for response from Mowtown and again NOTHING. I thought well maybe they needed part they sent to me returned so I sent part back to them on5-29-19 and tracked it until package was delivered to a parcel locker on 5-31-19. No calls or emails from them at all. On 6-3-19 I called and told them that the part was delivered to them and what was status of getting replacement part. I told that they was waiting on to send them pictures. I told her that sent have sent numerous emails with pictures of parts. I was told NO I DIDN' T SENT THEM EMAILS because they don't have any emails from me. I was so mad that she accused me of not sending emails. That I asked for my money back. I was told 5 to 7 days for a refund. On 6-12-19 I got my refund of just the part amount nothing else."

Horrible company. Unreliable, incompetent, RUDE, and won't take responsibility of their own mistakes

"I placed an order through their Amazon store and it's been one headache after another. First, they didn't provide tracking, so I had to contact them, after almost 2 weeks of ordering! The incomplete package was sent 9 days later!
I ordered 2 pieces and they only sent 1, so I contacted them again and what I got were excuses, so I called them out on it! Their apology was laughable and their caring for customers was non-existent, plus being rude to me.
They told me they would resend the item and will update me with the tracking number (I'm still waiting for this 3 days later, so I guess I have to wait an additional 6 days, as the other one took them 9 days to send.) I wrote back and haven't received a response. Are they ignoring me, I don't know but SO MANY COMPLAINTS saying that their emails go unanswered.
My hope is that since I ordered through Amazon, Amazon always have my back. I dread to think what would've happened if I ordered through their website.
It's now almost mid May, weeks later and haven't been able to fix my mower and the grass is growing and growing.

One thing I can say is that their name will stick in my head and will AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!
MowtownUSA is a no-go. Don't order from these irresponsible vendor. NEVER AGAIN!

They claim to be BBB Accredited, and in fact are not (see their BBB score) and will play the Shady Dealer after the sale

"Placed an order on Sep.3, 2018, order # MT-66970, and paid in full with PayPal. Got an email on Sep. 7, 2018 "(As your order was being processed we noticed that part number 7040355yp that you have ordered was on backorder. When this part came back in to stock at the warehouse the price has gone up on this part and we can no longer sell it at $19.99. The new price is $89.99)". This company plays the "shady service after the sale" like a cheap rip off salesperson. They will take your money, wait a few days and message you that the part(s) were not in the warehouse and backordered, and request an exorbitant increase to the amount you already paid. Also, and most importantly, which is false advertising, misleading and possibly fraud, is they claim to be BBB Accredited and have the BBB Accredited Business Logo/Icon claiming this at the bottom of their website page, but in fact are not. This link to the Better Business Bureau, as of today Sep. 7, 2018, shows they are not and further shows a very poor rating: https://www.bbb.org/us/ga/kennesaw/profile/lawn-and-garden/mowtownusa-0443-27006644 . If you value your time, your money, and your dignity, shop elsewhere for your lawn care needs and steer as far away as you can from this company. "

"Placed order for mower handle replacement (Sears had on backorder until late November 2015) on 11/2/15, received confirmation of shipping on 11/3/15, received the part in perfect condition on 11/5/15. Can't ask for much better service than that."
