"I ordered a Wonder Woman mug as a gift on 10 December 2010. By 7/1/2011, I still had not received it and filed a tracking request with their online customer service form. Thus far, I have sent three emails. The first email received an automated confirmation stating that my claim would be looked into and someone would get back to me. The subsequent emails have been ignored. I have rung twice - each time the phone was "busy". I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and requesting a refund. I don't know what's up with moviesngames.co.uk, but either it's a scam or their customer service is so ridiculously awful, they will be out of business shortly.
Also: I found the same item at another online shop for £2 cheaper - and FREE shipping.
Summary: DO. not. shop there."
