"Worst customer service ever. I order xxcaps for my Bach trumpet from Mouthpiece Express. One of the top caps didn't fit (to large). None of the buttons fit, again to large. When I returned the caps, Lisa at M.E. said they were tested on two of their Bach Stradivarius' and they fit perfectly. That has to be an out right bare faced lie. As one of the caps are a difference size. It's impossible that all the caps could have fit perfectly on any horn! So instead of an apology and a full refund, they lied to get out refunding the cost of shipping and handling. This is not the way a reputable company does business. They are cheap and they treat their customers cheaply. They end up costing more if you have any issues. I've included a You Tube video link to a video showing how the caps DONOT fit!
