I returned them unworn to Mountsport and they pretended that they never received them. When I confronted them with the tracking number, they said the shoes were worn out and not returnable. DO NOT BUY FROM MOUNTSPORT!!!"

"Like the previous reviewers I found out the hard way that this company is selling fakes. I should have been suspicious when they wouldn't take credit cards and forced me to use PayPal. Even though PayPal has a 45 day refund policy if you receive fakes, this was useless because it took over 3 weeks to get the shoes from Hong Kong and over 3 weeks to attempt to return them. Once my son determined the shoes were fake (shoes were way too tight), I was promised a refund if I returned them. I paid $15 to ship them back to Hong Kong, and no surprise, they now refuse to give me a refund or respond my inquires. "

"I was given a pair of "five fingers kso" for x-mas purchased from Mountsport. Definitely fakes. The Vibram logo was poorly glued on and they wouldn't even go onto my toes. No the person who gave me the gift is having trouble returning them, as apparently Moutnsport is making it very difficult. "

"Mountsport presents themselves as a legitimate Vibram Five Fingers seller but they sell fakes from Hong Kong, I just got my tracking info and it said picked up in HK, so I researched online and they are definitely selling fakes (see birthdayshoes.com for a full list of FFS fake retailers). Dont waste your money, go for real Vibram rubber.
