I have emailed twice to customer service over last two weeks with no response at all. They apparently talk a good show but will not authorize returns. "Found this company on eBay while searching for mounts for my GPS systems to go on my two motorcycles. After looking over way too many to comprehend all details, I sent an email to them. They were quick to respond with all the details of everything I could possibly need to know. Within a short time I knew what I needed for both bikes and had them ordered. Unfortunately for me, I thought an old Paypal account was closed and that was what came up when I went to pay without my catching it in time. After catching my error I sent an email to them. Again, very professional, polite to a maximum and very understanding of my error. They helped me correct it, payment was made and within just a very short couple of days they had my mounts and wiring harness to me.
