I had spent all afternoon trying to find a mount for an out of production Sanyo projector and had called 4 other companies but nobody could help me; no one showed a mount for my projector.
John Sullivan took a few minutes to research the product and came up with the reason it couldn't be mounted upside down and found me a universal mount that would work.
In less than :30 I had a mounting solution I was looking for all afternoon.
