"They never answered their phone, never sent an electronic order confirmation, , never responded to Email, shipped in-stock merchandise slowly (1 week when I am within UPS 1-day zone 40 miles away). They have ignored my RMA requests and continue to ignore my Emails.
This is the first time I've had such a bad experience with an online site that I felt a negative rating was needed.
