"In filling out this form, I was asked to provide an invoice number. I can't. I never received any acknowledgement whatsoever of my order. I have instead provided a PayPal transaction I.D. and the number of the item for which I paid. I have repeatedly sent emails to this merchant, and they have responded to none of them. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, to which the merchant has not replied. They simply stole my money."
