"I ordered a battery and charger in March 2008 from Motorcycle Batteries USA. My credit card was billed for the charge. I never received my order. Numerous email attempts were made and still nothing was received. They did not return the funds back to my credit card. There is no telephone number to contact them directly. Finally, a couple of months later I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and eventually received the funds back to my credit card. I recommend that you do not do business with this company."

"Ordered a motorcycle battery from these folks on Januray 22nd. Received an automated email confirmation of my order, along with the total cost. They took the liberty to bill my credit card, yet never shipped my battery. I've sent them two emails inquiring about the order, no response. Used the web portal to inquire, asking them to just acknowledge my order and provide status. No response. No phone number is posted on the web, so I called the phone number provided to my credit card company on the billing. Number is disconnected! Shocking!! I've officially asked Visa to dispute the charge. I would highly suggest that you absolutely avoid these folks."

"I purchased two battery chargers for my ATVs and when the order came in it only contained 1 charger with no explaination. The order was delivered in a timely fashion and the charger I did receive is exactly as described. Another thing to consider when ordering from them is that after the inital email stating they have received your order, you hear nothing further from them. Also I did not have the ability to track my order as it was shipped ground by FedEx.
As I just found out the only way you can contact their customer service dept. to resolve a problem is by email. No phone number. Their prices are good and free shipping to boot, but I would rather pay alittle extra to ensure good service.

"I ordered a set of motorcycle jumper cables to keep with my bike for emergencies. This company billed my credit card, but I never received my order. I waited 3 or 4 weeks and then emailed them requesting tracking info because I haven`t received my order. They said I should`ve gotten it by now but would resend the order. Finally, after a few more emails I received my order, except the item I received was not the item I ordered, but a cheaper, cheesier version of what I ordered. Again, I emailed and asked why the bait and switch and they told me their supplier had MY cables on backorder and sent me these cheaper ones instead. I said I still wanted what I ordered but they told me that they didn`t know if or when they could get them to me. I asked for a refund (credit my card) and they said they would have FedEx come and pick up the cables. It has been about three weeks now since FedEx was supposed to come, and when I emailed Motorcycle Batteries USA to question why, they do not reply to my emails. So now I stuck with a product that I didn`t even want. I could`ve gotten THESE cables elsewhere for less money. I paid top dollar for these and they send me junk. This is not a good way to do business and I will let all my friends know what dishonest and disreputable company this is. I will never do business with them again!! "
