"I bought a 125 Sport scooter from these people back in April and it did not run right from the start. I then tried to have it repaired locally and could not find anyone to work on it because it is made in China. Every mechanic I talked to said they can't get parts. I then contacted motorextremes to try to get an engine for it as it had been determined that that was what was needed. I placed my order for the new engine July 16th and after being told twice that it had been shipped and my credit card charged, I was still without a motor a month later. Finally I called again and sent a nasty email to Kannin and Kevin and they shipped out an engine. I was excited and was thinking all was well, but when the engine arrived, my mechanic says he thinks it is a rebuilt engine and not a new one. I am still waiting to see if it is going to work, so my story may or may not have ended. All of us who have been wronged by this company MUST contact the BBB, the Ok City, OK Chamber of Commerce and maybe even the Attorney General to try to get something done about this company that is preying on consumers and selling inferior products and providing incrediably sorry customer service. "We bought a trailhammer 110 for my son for Christmas, put it together, didn't run. Took it to a local mechanic who was the only one that was willing to look at it and he said, the rear axle was bent, the engine was not machined correctly for the pistons to move in side, so as best he could he remachined the engine for us. Got it started, my son rode it for an hour and then it would not start again. Finally we spoke to Skeeter and he said to send the engine back and we will replace it. In March he told me the engine was being shipped..I am in August, no motor, no response to emails, phone calls, nothing this is the worst company. I am going to try to see if I can file a small claim against them, since now i am out 1,000 bucks, and i have a piece of useless crap sitting in my garage. This was my sons only Christmas present this year because it was 500.00, i feel bad it was the worst present ever! BUYER BEWARE....IT IS NOT WORTH DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I am filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office..Drew Edmondson Oklahoma Atty General you can file a consumer complaint maybe that will get someones attention. I am also finding out how to file a small claim."

"I purchased a Atv about 2 months ago from motorxtremes,I bought it online and had to wait on shipment for several weeks, ending up calling them before it was shipped out. Received it and put together, ran maybe 3 hours tops, the sprocket came off and broke the cover and the censor to the lights. Then the clutch went out. Online it was cover with warranity, when I called he said the clutch wasnt, didnt tell me online when I purchased it new. He told me he would send me a new one and a cover and try and find a censor. They sent me back a clutch that dont match or work on mine and then sent me back my cover for the spocket assembly not fixed, not a new one, same one unrepaired, never did get my censor back. I have had to call them several times to find out when they will send me a part and they put me off or say they have sent it, would send me a tracking number, but package never put in the mail, we checked with the post office. They sent us the wronge clucth and we still cant ride the Atv. They dont seem to worry about fixing the problem, we just get the run around from them. Our Atv has been down this whole time, I would like for them to either replace it or give me my money back. The sprocket should have never come off, I assume it wasnt put on right before we got it and the clutch should never have gone out that fast. But the worse of it is, they just dont want to deal with u after u have purchased it. Been reported to the Better Business Bureau more than once. Stay clear of this place-bad news

"Received my Lance Duke 150 scooter today from Motorxtremes of Oklahoma. Badly damged from shipping, deep dents and scratches. Ran it 1 mile, wiring shorted, heavy white smoke came from wires, melted numerous red wires. Called Motorxtremes 3x, and Lance direct, needless to say - NO response, next step? Besides BBB, and cancelling credit card transaction. Any tips would be greatly appreciated."

"AVOID THIS STORE!!! I assisted my father in ordering a Komoto 250cc scooter from these clowns last spring. The scooter shipped without parts, some of which were very important. The horn button was broken, the front radiator leaked, the speedometer assembly was missing the internals to actually register the speed, and the luggage carrier was scuffed badly. I like one of the other reviewers talked to all the liars that worked there, Mike, Kevin, etc. They all have lied repeatedly about sending parts, returning items, sending shipping money to send the luggage carrier back for a new one and so on. Now they will not take my calls or return them to my father either. RUN AWAY. "

"I purchased an eduro type motorcyle from motorXtremes in March 07 The listing stated it would be shipped in 5-7 business days. I paid them promptly. 7 business days later, still no bike. I called. They said they did not have the motorcycle they sold me and, offered to sell me a different motorcycle for $500.00 more. This is an unlawful, unethical business practice called "bait and switch". They said they would refund my money. 1 week later still no refund. So, I filed a dispute with ebay and, BAM refund! All total they had my money for a little over 1 month. (no interest paid to me) What a waste of my time! I would recommend to everyone to buy anywhere but motorXtremes. Unless you enjoy being treated unethically. :-("

"Almost 8 weeks and I still have not recieved my refund much else a complete bike. But dont take my word for it check out the Oklahoma city BBB which gives them a unsatisfactory record.

Also check out their own return policy they want you to be happy but are not going to do ANYTHING to make it happen. YOU buy it, YOU sign for it, YOU pay to return it, and still YOU are going to pay 15% for it.

If you do decide to buy from them build up your karma and buy it from ebay they seem to fear bad ratings there.

3/30 Ordered a Ciello 125
4/6 called and hasnt shipped yet.
4/17 called niki will call back when she knows something.
4/18 Kannin tells me out of red I accept blue and a youth helmet.
4/24 Bike arrives has no keys, I stop opening crate ans call. Chris tells me to assymble what I can and call back. Also find the front axle, axle nuts, front speedometer housing, mirrors, and horn missing. Call back and Chris tells me that once they get all the parts together it will be 3 or 4 days delivery. I tell him to forget it just take it back. To which he informs that there will be a 20% restocking fee. After everything that I have been through and its not like I'm just returning it for my health you guys have done nothing but mess up since march! Uh you need to speak to Damon whos not available and call back tomorrow.
4/25 Speak to Damon who tells me why dont you run around and find someone to cut you a key and I'll pay for it (just like the helmet from Kannin I assume) and I'll send you the parts 2 day. You call a locksmith and I'll call you back. 4 hours later no word. Call them back and speak to Damon and tell him to just come get it and give me my money back. He agrees.
4/27 he has made no atempt to pick up bike so I fax a dispute of charge to credit card co.
5/8 still nothing so I file with BBB
5/23 still nothing so I post here.
