"Ordered K Sport quick realse hub on 27 March and recieved confirmation email within ten min and my credit card was billed the next day. Fast forward one week...

Still no product. Called to check status. They say it's back ordered until next week even though I spoke directly to a sales rep who said it was in stock and would ship immediately. Canceled order and ordered from someone else. Cust service rep said 10 - 15 days to refund my card. Fast forward 3 more weeks....

STILL no refund to my bank. Called customer service and was put into the que. After 10 min I get disconnected, TWICE!! Called Sales and had them transfer me over to Cust service. Finally got ahold of CSR and she said "We've just been in an uproar because we've been moving offices." That's an excuse to hold onto someones money for an extra 20 days after promising to refund it.

Crap company. Crap service. STAY AWAY.

"I placed the order for 6 Edelbrock 72550 nitrous nozzles on the 13th of December, 2007. The online status showed an expected ship date of the 21st. On the 4th of January, 2008 I contacted Customer Service (after waiting for 10minutes on hold) and inquired about the order. He said it should ship out in a few days. 1 week later I called back again and was on hold for 10 minutes AGAIN, and when I was finally helped he said the part was on B/O from Edelbrock with no ETA. I placed an order for 6 72552 through another company, because I did not like dealing with these people. I called the next day to cancel the order, they were VERY rude, in a mean manner, like it was my fault they told me it had already shipped 20 days ago. I had to contact them just to find out it was never coming. I guess my $300 was just floating in nowhere's land. I was told a refund took 3 days. I called back 5 days later and was told the refund takes 7 days. I called back 8 days later and was told it would take 10 days. After a loud angry conversation with them about how they were holding MY money and PayPal would handle it from here, I had a refund in 10 minutes. Hmmm...strange isn't it?"

"I placed the order on November 17, 2007 on an item that was listed as in stock, and they billed my credit card then.

I finally got a shipping confirmation on December 27, 2007.

I called several times and when they did actually answer the phone, they kept saying the item would ship in a day or two. They even sounded irritated when I called to check on an item that was over a week past the day that the website claimed it would ship on. If it wasn't for the fact that I couldn't find the item anywhere else, I would have cancelled my order.

"I ordered a camber kit from MotorWeb on the 6th of November. I received my order confirmation email right away but received nothing for 20 days following my order. I emailed them on the 26th to cancel the order and still heard nothing from them for a few days. On the 29th I ended up calling customer service and was forwarded to VOICEMAIL DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Instead of calling me back, the CSR emailed me and stated that she did not have a status on my order and asked if I wanted to cancel it. I said yes and she told me it would take 10-15 business days to see my refund. I will never order from MotorWeb again.

I would like to update this review and state that MotorWeb has multiple aliases online so be weary.
