"Filing a small claims action against Motofit (see below). A judge will have to decide .
Motofit is an organization lacking basic integrity and competence. Avoid this place.

8/8/2013 After having Motofit install tires, I foolishly looked at the tires rather than inspecting the whole bike. Ten minutes down the road and I noticed the brake pedal felt too tight. When I pulled over to look at the free play adjustment I noticed sctaches on the foot peg, then I noticed the end of the throttle grip was damaged as was the brush guard. The front brake lever had a small abrasion as well. I immediately went back to motofit. Instead of an apology, I got a "how do we know you didn't do it" response. Upon further inspection, I noticed the rear turn signal lense cover was slightly out of its fitting and had a red scratch mark on its top. Two red paint dots were also on the end of the exhaust pipe and scratches ran across the top of the rear fender. Mike the owner was not available, I left a voice message. The next day he would not speak to me, instead I was told by Paul (a salesman) that Motofit's position was they would not take responsibility for the damage as I had left the grounds. I tried to have them see how unlikely it was that the very day they had the bike this happened with me only haven ridden away for a matter of minutes. I also requested they look for something red with scratches on it which must have been in contact with the bike. They wouldn't do this and Paul said we could just go round and round on this but the decision was final; Motofit was calling me a lier and was not going to fix the damage they did.

"I just had a front tire replaced on my ducati at Motofit. I can,t recommend them for service as I was told to wait, it would only be an hr wait. 3 hrs. Later I was told service to change a front tire was over $100, I just had a front tire change for $60 at another dealer. And they couldn't give me a receipt. No way that I would let them do an engine service."

"Crooks! Don't buy from Motofit. I ordered a Kawasaki Mule with Kawasaki plow and windshield. Cheaper, non-Kawasaki parts were installed without permission (3 months later!). The parts were installed incorrectly and require a new alternator to run the plow, the incorrect windshield needs to be removed and the correct one installed at a cost of $1500 extra to me. They overcharged me $300 and since they have my money, they don't even return my calls or respond to my complaints.
