"I am satisfied with this purchase from Motherboardzone.com. Item was in stock, priced reasonably, and arrived within promised time frame. I have two areas where they could improve - I received no confirmation that my order had shipped, so I felt the need to call up and make sure. However, a live person answered the phone right away, and confirmed that my order had shipped. Also, when I went to the site today their ssl certificate had expired. Probably no biggie, but bad form."

But the manner in which this problem was resolved was nothing but perfect. The person who helped me was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. It took only a few minutes and everyone was happy.
