"This store routinely gives you the option of choosing UPS Ground as the method of shipment and then always sends the shipment via USPS. I am presuming they then pocket the difference in shipment fees. The first two times this happened they didn't not respond to my query so I stopped purchasing from them. Over the 4th of July weekend they had a great offer on already cut mosaic tiles so I made a purchase and chose the UPS Ground shipment and wouldn't you just know it, they chose USPS for the shipment so I am sure they are pocketing the difference. And once again they have chosen not to repond to my query. This will be the last time I purchase anything from the."

"This is the worst store ever. They didn't include everything I ordered. I tried to contact them for about 2 months (email and phone calls), I finally had to file a claim on my credit card. Then I decided to give it one last try before I sent the claim off, and all of a sudden they answer the phone. They tell me no problem, go ahead and send it back. I'm still waiting for the credit to show back up on my card. I guess I will end up having to actually file the claim. I believe this company is involved in much fraud, and should be exposed!"
