"I've completed online courses with MEC before, but I just attended my first in-person class last week, and it was great! There's so much information to take in, but David does a great job of breaking it down so everyone from beginners to experienced pros can digest it, and he makes it entertaining too. I particularly liked the class on Mortgage Insurance. Before I thought of MI as a penalty/fee for liability for borrowers because they couldn't put 20% down, but David broke it down and explained how sometimes having MI could actually help borrowers make the most of their money.
