"I just had to write a review. My laptop would not boot one morning so I brought it into Staples. Apparently, the hard drive was dying. They did manage to recover quite a bit but the large case folder I was working on was missing along with several other important folders that were not backed up. They told me there was nothing else they could do. On a recommendation of a colleague, I brought it to Morse Computer in Marblehead. They were able to recover my important missing folders along with everything else. They were life savers and I would highly recommend them. "
