"Beware of this company as well as the owner (Ryan Liu Szi Lin). I have paid for my order and have not received my order yet. I have tried to contact him by phone and by emails. Phone has been disconnected, emails were never replied, web site is down. All the bad signs of a troll. It's even worse that I can not do a thing since I am located overseas. Any advice would be greatly appreciated in order to contact the owner. His previous address is as follows:

"Received a fairly prompt response when ordering. Shipping of parts was ontime. BUT received the wrong parts. Tried to contact Moretek for RMA received no response. Tried continually for a week, then sent parts back. Meantime, Moretek's website became unavailable. Will not order from them again."

"They sent me the wrong color computer case. I called to find out what my options were, and they said they do not cross ship, and I would be responsible for shipping charges back to them. They would, however, pay shipping back to me.

My stance is that they screwed up, not me, so why should I have to pay $20+ shipping and be out of a computer for 2 weeks because of it? I am very dissatisfied and will not order from them again.
