"I contacted this company by phone after my Olympus TG4 camera would not power on. I received this camera as a Christmas gift, but didn't use it until a vacation in July. It would not power on after the third day of use. Knowing that Olympus has a 12 month warranty, I called the seller for advice on repair. After impatiently listening to my issue, I was rudely told, "I can't help you. It was bought at Christmas". I tried to explain the camera hadn't been used, but he couldn't care less. As I tried to explain why I was frustrated, he kept interrupting, trying to get me off the phone. I asked him to quit interrupting me and let me speak; then he said I was an idiot and hung up.
I urge anyone in the market for any camera equipment to shop anywhere but this business. They do not stand behind what they sell. They have the worst customer service I have ever come across."

I ordered an Olympus Tough TG-4 camera for $299.00 plus an accessory bundle at no charge, where others were charging $379.00 just for the camera. The shipping was noted to be free, but when I spoke with a very helpful and courteous sales rep, I was advised that the total would be $328.00 which included handling and insurance in addition to the free shipping. I thought that this, as an insured shipment, was still a very good deal, so I placed the order December 8, 2016. The company process the order quickly and I was advised by Email of the status of the order. I received an Email on December 14, that the camera had shipped and I received the camera on December 16, 2016. Everything was as it should have been,
I was not familiar with this company, but the company representatives were very patient with my concerns and handled my telephone calls respectfully and efficiently.

Tried registering it with Nikon - Nikon deos not recgonize the serial number. They mislead you - this is what as known as a GRAYMARKET ITEM...Do not buy from this dealer they are not authorized by Nikon. "
"I ordered a Nikon D800 package deal. After a few hours, they still hadn't sent me a confirmation, so I called. They first tried to tell me I needed to buy a battery for the camera, then a battery charger all at double the cost of other online stores. After I refused the extended warranty, the customer support person asked me if I knew the camera was made in Japan and that the only manual with the camera was written in Japanese and then said the camera menus were all in Japanese and that they couldn't be changed to English! He then offered to change the order to a "USA" model for $3,000 or to cancel the order.
This experience was one of the worst I've had with online ordering. "
"Do not buy anything from this online company as they are only out to ripe you off. They yelled at me. called me an idiot, cancelled me order and hung up on me. All I wanted to know is why my order said call to confirm and why they were trying to sell me a battery? It does not say that it is only the camera so one would assume that it is a new unopened box with the battery and charger they were trying to sell me before they would tell me why my order said call to confirm. Scam ... I would say so."
